The Mohave County Human Resources Department is seeking a motivated Human Resources Analyst with a focus on Recruitment and Onboarding to join our team in Kingman, AZ!

🕗 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
💲 Compensation: $26.93 – $31.22 per hour (DOE)

This supervisory position is responsible for:
✅ Managing full-cycle recruitments – from job postings to onboarding
✅ Coordinating selection processes
✅ Ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees
✅ Providing guidance and oversight to support staff
