As a Vocational Employment Specialist, you will support clients with disabilities in developing job skills, exploring careers, completing applications, preparing for interviews, and maintaining employment. Youβll have the flexibility to build your schedule and caseload.

βοΈ Qualifications
β’ Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with disabilities
β’ Strong documentation & communication skills
β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
β’ Fingerprint Clearance Card (Level 1) β or eligible to obtain
β’ Reliable transportation (travel required within the Phoenix metro area)
β’ Ability to work independently and manage your caseload
β’ Must have a smartphone and access to a computer
