The Kingsburg Police Department is in need of assistance helping find a missing person. Information below: If located, please contact the Kingsburg Police Department at (559) 897-2931.

Missing Person: Francisco Lujan was last seen on August 20, 2026, at approximately 1030 hours, in Kingsburg, Fresno County. Lujan is a 79-year old Hispanic male with gray hair, brown eyes, standing approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing approximately 180 pounds. Lujan is believed to be wearing a straw hat, red and blue stripped shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes. Lujan is believed to be on foot.

UPDATE: The crossing was cleared at approximately 7:45am. We appreciate your patience.

As of 7:25am - a UPRR train is stopped and blocking a number of crossings, including Sierra St. and Draper St. The crossing at Earl St. (near the Police Station) is open. Please plan for extra travel time this morning, especially during school drop off.

We’re working to determine the issue with the railroad and will update as we can.
