Talk about a full-circle moment! Today, the CCHS Class of 2026 took a walk down memory lane—literally—as they paraded through the halls of CMS one last time.It feels like just yesterday these seniors were navigating those very same hallways as middle schoolers.

To our senior Cougars: look how far you’ve come! As you get ready to cross the graduation stage and step into your next big adventure, never forget where it all started. The hallways of CMS will always hold your roots, but the world is ready for your future.

🏆 Celebrating Excellence at Camden Middle School! 🏆

Today was an incredible day as we gathered to honor our amazing Cougars at our annual Awards Ceremony! From academic growth to outstanding leadership, our students have worked tirelessly all year long, and we could not be prouder of their hard work and achievements. 🌟

We also want to take a moment to give a very special, well-deserved spotlight to three outstanding students:

🐾 Kayti Gordon-El & Kylen Wilson: Due to a delay in receiving grades for their high school courses, their names weren't called during this morning's ceremony. However, we want to officially celebrate their phenomenal accomplishment of achieving All A’s for all three years of middle school! That is an incredible display of dedication and excellence.

🐾 Reese Blalock: Recognized today for Outstanding Achievement in Band! Thank you for sharing your incredible musical talents with our school community.

👟 Middle School Cross Country 2026! 👟

Ready to lace up your running shoes? Mandatory practice and tryouts for the upcoming Cross Country season will officially begin on August 11, 2026!

Here is what you need to know to get ready:

The Challenge: Cross Country is a 3-mile race run on grass, dirt, or roads. Students must be able to demonstrate the ability to run the full 3 miles without stopping.

The Season: We will compete in 5 races this season, all held at the College of Coastal Georgia in Brunswick.

Paperwork Required: Before you can step onto the course for practice, you must have a physical, parental permission slip, concussion awareness form, and proof of insurance on file with the athletic department. Grab these forms from the front office!

Camden Middle School Field Day 2026 did not disappoint! We soaked up the sun, brought our A-game, and made some unforgettable memories.

The absolute highlights?
🎯 Watching our brave teachers take the plunge in the dunk tank (shoutout to everyone who actually hit the target!).
🍜 The legendary noodle-eating competition which was equal parts hilarious and impressive.
