LBJRental.com is located in Kingsland, TX at the junction of the Llano and Colorado Rivers on open water. We are a 10 minute drive from Marble Falls, 1 hour from Austin, TX and 1.5 hours from San Antonio. The home has an immaculate interior, is well appointed and recently renovated. Everything you need is provided, you just have to bring your food, clothes and water toys. You
can tie up your boat at the dock (boatlift has been installed), or have a boat or jet ski rental delivered to the dock. There is a boat ramp for boats up to 19 feet, larger boats may be put in the water 5 minutes from the house. Relax on the wide covered porch with spectacular views and outdoor furniture for relaxing or dining. Outfitted with a dual gas and charcoal grill, fire pit, outdoor chairs and picnic table. Play or watch the boaters and water fun in the large yard under the trees or down at the waterfront that has a swimming area, dock and chairs for relaxing or watching the kids. The spacious living room, overlooking the water, has a large sectional, and flat-screen 45' TV. WI-FI High-speed internet is provided. The Master bedroom has a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, large bathroom with spa tub. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed. The Third bedroom has a full over full bunk beds and 19 inch flat screen TV/DVD. There are two additional quality roll-away beds provided. The hall bathroom has a tub-shower combination. There is a well appointed kitchen with large refrigerator, full sized range, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee pot, toaster, crock pot, mixer and all the small appliances you could wish for. There is a separate laundry room with new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and table to fold your clothes. The dining room overlooks the water, has a table, 6 chairs and bench seating. There is additional seating outside on the picnic table. There is board games, and a pool table with a ping pong top. There is parking for several vehicles and water toys. Some children's games, books and water toys are provided for use by all families. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away, restaurants, water-park 15 minutes away, boat and jet-ski rentals within 1/2 mile that will deliver to the dock. Inside the home is a book with extensive information about the area, brochures, restaurant menus, attraction info and most of the information you will need to have lots of fun or just relax. Must see's are Inks Lake Blue Hole swimming area, Longhorn Caverns (both just minutes away). There is a water park at Horseshoe Bay and the Kingsland Slab just up the road!
