📣 Already created your Rock household account? You’re almost there!

We’ve noticed that several families have successfully created their household account, but creating the account does NOT register your student for the Rock. There is one more part to complete!

Once your household account has been created and approved:

1. Log in to your household account.
2. Select the three lines ☰ in the upper left corner.
3. Choose Memberships.
4. Find After School Membership and select Enroll.
5. Complete the registration form for each student you are registering.
6. Hit Complete — and you’re all set! 🎉

⭐ Important: If you have more than one student attending the Rock, you need to complete the After School Membership registration for each child.

School starts Monday, August 31, and students must have a completed registration before they can attend the Rock.

🧡 Need some help? We’re happy to walk you through it! Someone will be available at the Rock from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM this Friday to help families with the registration process.

Thank you so much for working through our new system with us! We know learning a new registration process can take a little getting used to, and we appreciate everyone helping us make sure our students are ready for the new school year.

📣 A quick Rock registration reminder!

We’ve noticed a little confusion with our new registration system, so we wanted to share an important reminder as we get ready for the school year:

Creating your household account is only Step 1 — your student is not registered for The Rock yet!

After you create your household account:

1️⃣ Create your household account and submit it for approval.

2️⃣ Wait for an email letting you know your household account has been approved.

3️⃣ Log back into your account and complete a 2026–2027 Membership Registration for EACH student who will be attending The Rock.

❤️ If you created an account earlier this summer but haven’t gone back in to register your student, please make sure to complete that final step before school starts!

Students must have a completed 2026–2027 membership registration before they can attend The Rock.

We know this is a brand-new system for everyone, and we truly appreciate your patience while we all get used to the new process. We’ve included the step-by-step graphic below to help!

Need help? We’re happy to walk you through it! We will be available at the Rock TONIGHT 9/25 from 5:30-7pm 😊

📣 REMINDER — THE ROCK WILL BE OPEN TOMORROW! ⭐

Heading to the Kingsley Open House tomorrow? Stop by The Rock while you’re out!

We’ll be open from 5:30–7:00 PM for:

⭐ Current Rock members who are already registered
⭐ Families who still need to register for the 2026–2027 school year
⭐ New families interested in learning more about The Rock and getting their student signed up

The Rock is a FREE after-school program for students in 6th–12th grade!

👕 The Rock Locker will also be open

✏️ We’ll have a limited amount of FREE school supplies available for Rock members who need them

If you still need to complete your student’s registration in our new system, this is a great chance to stop in and get some help before school starts on Monday!

📚 Heading to the Kingsley Open House on Tuesday? Stop by The Rock, too! ⭐

The Rock will be open Tuesday, August 25 from 5:30–7:00 PM for a special Open House!

This is a great chance for our 6th–12th grade students and their families to stop in, check out The Rock, ask questions, and get ready for the new school year.

Already a registered Rock member? Come say hi and take a look around! 👋

Still need to register your 6th–12th grader for the 2026–2027 school year? We can help you get started while you're here.

👕 The Rock Locker will also be open with clothing available for students who could use it.

✏️ We will also have a limited amount of free school supplies available for Rock members in need while supplies last.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION REMINDER FOR ALL ROCK FAMILIES!

If you have NOT registered your child for The Rock since August 10, 2026, you MUST complete a new registration before they can attend The Rock this school year.

⭐ Even if your child has attended The Rock for years, they still need to be registered in our NEW system.

Because we moved to a brand-new registration and check-in system, registrations from our previous system did not transfer over.

**If you registered BEFORE August 10 → you need to register again.**
If you registered ON or AFTER August 10 through our new system → you're all set!*✅

Registration is a 3-step process:

🏠 1. Create your household account
📧 2. Wait for your approval email from The Rock
⭐ 3. Log back in and register EACH child for a 2026–2027 Membership

We have a brand-new registration and check-in system for the 2026–2027 school year!

We originally planned to transfer our existing family information into the new system, but unfortunately, the two systems weren’t able to work together the way we expected.

👉 That means ALL students must register in the new system — even if they’ve attended The Rock before!

Registration is a 3-step process:

IMPORTANT: Please wait until your household account has been approved before trying to register your student(s).
