Precinct 1A will no longer vote at the Holston Valley Community Center and will now vote at the South Holston Ruritan at 415 Meadow Creek Rd.

Precinct 11B will no longer vote at the Kingsport Public Library and will now vote at the Kingsport Farmers Market at 308 Clinchfield St.
