2026 Community Needs Assessment Survey

Our Community Needs Assessment helps us understand what families in our region need. By gathering input directly from residents across Carter, Greene, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington counties, the assessment identifies the biggest challenges people face — such as housing, transportation, childcare, job opportunities, and access to services. Your input ensures that future programs and funding are shaped by real community voices.
