It was an honor to write a letter of recommendation for Joseph. He is an outstanding young man and has a bright future ahead of him. Keep up the great work, Joseph!

Mayor Wade Creswell gave Joseph Garzino a letter of recommendation for his outstanding leadership, work ethic, etc in the Roane county youth leadership class. Joseph was the youngest participant ever in the youth leadership program.
