As many of you know, I normally hold an annual cookie drive to support deployed military personnel. There were challenges this year and so my sister-in-law, Kelly, and I did the cookies on a much smaller scale. The Arc of Susquehanna signed and made cards to accompany the cookies. The cookies were received this week and I think they were happier about the K-Cups!
(Full disclosure - it is Kelly's son, my nephew, who is deployed this year.)
Many family members and friends were asking when we would be holding the cookie drive and wanted to support it. There were just too many moving parts this year and not enough days to be sure that they received the cookies before Christmas. Thank you to everyone who wanted to participate.
If you would still like to help in another way, we will be putting a box together to ship to them for the new year. Kelly has put together a list of items that they would greatly appreciate receiving. Those items are:

Hot Chocolate Mix

Gushers or Fruit Snacks
Lemon Bars
Skittles
Starburst
Twizzlers

Hearty Chips (Doritos, Ridged, Etc.) as they travel better
