We are fortunate to partner with local and regional organizations to help meet the needs of our students and their families. To ensure we optimize these resources and use them effectively, families who seek assistance from our school are asked to complete an application for assistance. This form closely mirrors the application for Free and Reduced lunch. Paper copies of this form will be sent home with each Pre-K through 6th grade student. High School students can pick up a paper from in Mrs. Lacie's office. Parents should only complete one form (paper or digital) for their entire family.
