Hi everyone, I’m Taylor John Bruck, and I’m running for Ulster County Clerk! As a lifelong Kingston resident, I've spent the past 8 years working in the Clerk’s Office, first as Ulster County Archivist, then as Deputy County Clerk, and now as Acting County Clerk. I’m passionate about making local government more accessible and transparent. I’ve seen how important it is to make government easier to access—whether that's digitizing records, extending DMV hours, or providing better resources for people navigating the process, like multilingual forms and bilingual staff. I’m also committed to sharing a fuller, more inclusive history of Ulster County, especially the stories of those who’ve been overlooked. From helping new citizens navigate bureaucracy to preserving our local history, I’m ready to ensure the Clerk’s Office works for all of us.
