Ulster County Crime Victims Assistance Program We serve all victims of violence in Ulster County. Our 24-hour sexual assault/domestic violence hotline is always available.

Any Ulster resident who has been the innocent victim of a crime (past or present)
can call or stop by our office. Assistance is available whether or not you choose to
report the crime to the police.

Ulster County Crime Victims Assistance Program has some exciting news: WE’VE MOVED! Our new home is located in Ulster County’s Center for Well-Being. Our new address is 368 Broadway, Suite 203 Kingston, NY 12401. Survivors can also still reach out to our office Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm at (845)340-3443 or after hours, on weekends and holidays by contacting our 24-hour hotline at (845)340-3442.
