The Kingston Greenline is a network of linear parks and complete streets that gives residents and visitors healthy, fun and sustainable ways to connect with our city’s rich cultural, historical, commercial and recreational resources. The Kingston Greenline will weave through many of the neighborhoods that make Kingston great, from the historic Rondout Waterfront, to the burgeoning Living Arts Dist
rict in midtown, and on to the historic Stockade district in Uptown. The Kingston Greenline is part of a new vision for Kingston’s future. We envision a safer city for bicyclists and pedestrians. We envision an exciting urban landscape that connects with our City’s heritage. We envision a vibrant local economy, spurred by an organic cluster of arts, education and technology partners that are already thriving in our midst. And we envision the Kingston Greenline as a vital pathway that connects all that we love about our City, today and for years to come. The Kingston Greenline is an initiative of the Kingston Land Trust, in partnership with the City of Kingston and Ulster County.
