UPC is proud to announce our First Annual Back to School media contest! “Book Not V**es” is a contest for all Ulster County youth in grades 6-12 and begins today, September 4th. The contest ends on October 30th and winners will be announced on November 20th. We have some great prizes! As the school year begins and Ditch the V**e Day, September 8th, approaches, we’d like to emphasize the importance of staying v**e free, promoting healthy choices, and bringing awareness into our schools and communities.
