Much has been made about my questioning the Commissioner of HHS, when she said that 90% of admissions to hospitals were not vaccinated. Since then I have viewed the latest from Project Veritas where both a Doctor and a nurse have reported at the risk of their careers, that the pressure from above to misreport both the level of vaccinated and the adverse effects that the shot delivers. I have also received similar information from our own state's nurses. We have also discussed the threat of hospitals to fire staff who are not inoculated. There is no sense to this. If having a case of COVID and then recovered, gives you 13 times more anti-bodies than having the shot. Then why doesn't the hospital just test those employees for anti-bodies. If there are anti-bodies, that should replace the need for the shot.

Primary day was great. Good weather and a chance to see folks I sometimes only see at election times. Thank you to all whom voted. About 400 were by absentee, and about 600 in person.

The celebration of Kingston's 325th Anniversary is a great event. We legislators were glad to have legislation to allow the car-on-the-top bonfires of past year. The Hampstead Kingston Republican Committee is also holding a fi****ms raffle during the event, Thank you to our sponsors, SigArms in Newington, Second Amendment Arms in Windham, Next Level Arms in North Salem, State Line Guns Ammo and Archery in Plaistow, Byron's Sporting Goods in Plaistow.

I just finished the book, "The Worst President in History" By Matt Margolis and Mark Noonan. It is the updated book from 2016 and is the 2018 version. They conclude, "Obama broke the engine of economic growth, and Americans got poorer and less able to build wealth." They give 200 examples of his mistakes and failures. Some were not covered by the compliant media.

All of a sudden the Dems and their allies in the media have changed from telling us that the economy is not that great, to trying to convince us that health care is the greatest worry. I beleive the economy still is the prevailing issue as we wait to see the results of dealing with China.

I have recently received a report from Judicial Watch, joint with Federation for American Immigration Reform. It lists sanctuary cities and county in New Hampshire. Cheshire County, by the Sheriff; Deerfield by the selectmen and police; Dublin by town meeting; Harrisville and Lyme by town meeting; and Manchester.

I just returned from ALEC meeting in Nashville TN. Aside from enjoying the "Music City" we had some great sessions on the federal tax cut and discussions of employees pensions and solutions for their under funding. We also found out that over 2000 counties had more votes cast than the population of those same counties.

I appreciate all the "thank you for your service" that I heard today. I always reply, "It was an honor and a privilege."
This is so different than when I came back from Viet Nam.

Today, 2/9/17, the NH House passed Senate Bill 12. This is labeled Constitutional Carry. that means that law abiding people in our state can carry a fire arm openly or concealed with out a permit or license. It will now go the Governor to be signed into law. the vote was 200 to 97. We now have similar law to VT and ME.

testified on 4 bills today. First allowing small smoke bombs to be permissible fireworks, then, having a right to know commission impaneled to devise an appeal process when a government entity refuses to deliver information, next was holding schools accountable for the extra money spent for third graders deficient in reading skills. and lastly making county delegations that have to replace elected county officials be able to vote by secret ballot. Thankfully they were all at different times because they were all in different committees.

The union Leader made a mistake in highlighting my proposed bill for changing the way we choose the Attorney General. I propose that we choose him or her the same way we choose the Secretary of State and the Treasurer. That is by the joint convention of the House and Senate. I think we will get a better person that way.
