Child Care Connections

Child Care Connections Child Care Connections is a child care resource and referral agency and a program of Family of Woodstock, Inc., serving Columbia, Greene, and Ulster Counties.

Our mission is to strengthen the community by providing education on early childhood development and the importance of quality child care, as well as offering resources and referrals to families, businesses, and child care professionals. We provide families with referrals to legal child care programs as well as information on financial support. We recruit and regulate legal child care programs to

ensure the health, safety and quality of care for children. We sponsor child care programs participating in Child and Adult Care Food Programs (CACFP). We educate and advocate for child care professionals, families and the community on the importance of early childhood development.

I'm excited to be facilitating this family playgroup at the Broadway Bubble laundromat on Wednesday March 18th from 11:00-12:00. During the group I'll be offering resources about milestones and language development to share as well as providing snacks for attendees. I will also be handing out baby books as March is National Reading Month! I have a limited quantity of diapers to give away. Come join us and get to know other families in your area!
