The 104th Military Police Battalion is part of the 369th Sustainment Brigade which falls under the 53rd Troop Command in the New York Army National Guard. Located in Kingston, New York; the 104TH MP BN is commanded by LTC David Gagnon and the Battalion Command Sergeant Major is CSM Scott Smilinich. The Battalion consists of five units which are the HHD 104th Military

Poliice, 727th Military Police Detachment Law and Order Company, 222nd Chemical Company, 442nd Military Police Company, and the 466th Area Support Medical Company. Battalion Commander: LTC David Gagnon
