Our 7th and 8th grade students had a great opportunity this morning to attend an assembly focused on nuclear science and the career opportunities available right here in our region!

We were able to have representatives from Orano, BWXT, TRISO-X, and Roane State Community College share information about careers in the nuclear industry. Students learned about opportunities that are available now, and those that will be coming to our area in the next few years.

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to invest in our students and help them think about their futures!

It is illegal to pass a school bus that has stopped to load or unload students. Never pass on the right side of the bus, as this is where the children enter or exit.

Remind your child that the bus stop is not a place to run or play.
