Republican Campaign Headquarters -
We are very close to having our Republican Campaign Headquarters ready for opening.
The headquarters will be located at 709 W. Santa Gertrudis, Suite B. This is in the Subway plaza, and our signs are already up! We will have this location through November.

HQ will be available for candidates to use as needed. The purpose is this space is to help get our candidates elected, so we want it to be well used. We will also hold public events here - meet n greets, candidate forums, etc. So we want to make it as nice as possible for the duration of the campaign.

We are asking for some donations to help furnish the office and make it a usable space for the next couple of months. You will get your property back!

Here are some of the things that we could use:

- office supplies

- small area rug
- tables

Decor in the following themes: patriotic, Texas, Kleberg County, candidates
-> the walls are bare
-> patriotic bunting
-> an American flag on a stand
-> a Texas flag on a stand

Cleaning and bathroom supplies
Trash cans (small and large) and trash bags
Spray cleaners
Paper towels
Toilet Paper
Dust pan

"Kitchen" items
- refrigerator (full size or mini)
- we have a Keurig and a coffee urn, so supplies for both
- Water dispenser
- service items (bowls/ tongs, platters, napkins, disposable silverware, etc. )

As students across Texas prepare for a new school year, Texas Tax Free Weekend is a great opportunity for families to save on many of the essentials they’ll need for the classroom.

From August 7th through August 9th, Texans can purchase most clothing, footwear, school supplies, and backpacks priced under $100 without paying sales tax. Eligible purchases made in store, online, by phone, or by mail all qualify during the tax holiday, helping families make the most of their back to school budget.

I encourage everyone to take advantage of this annual tax holiday, and I wish every student, teacher, and school employee across Senate District 27 a safe, successful, and rewarding school year ahead!
