According to the US Drought Monitor, 100% of Preston County is already abnormally dry, or in moderate drought status. This may affect your plans regarding fertilizer application and planting. At D1 status, forage and crop yields are affected, honey production declines, and trees, shrubs and landscaping become stressed.
Cross your fingers for those April Showers!
