Friendly Reminder- Payment Due Today💧

North Lenoir Water Corporation customers, today is the last day to pay your water bill along with the $15 late fee (issued July 13th).

Payments must be made by 5pm today to avoid further penalties.

Any account that is not paid in full by 5pm will:
-Be charged a $40 reinstatement/ delinquent fee
-Have meters locked tomorrow (July 21st)

Pay your bill online at www.nlwater.com using your full account number and the last name associated with your account.

UPDATE 10:40AM- Internet has been restored!!

Good morning North Lenoir Water customers, our office is experiencing internet issues this morning so we are currently not able to take any Credit/Debit card payments in office nor over the phone. We have contacted our internet provider and they are working on getting this resolved. We are currently only taking cash or checks at the office and customers can still make their payments via online with cards on www.nlwater.com, using their account numbers and last name to find their account.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

We are aware of a water outage affecting Hwy 258 North. Our technicians are out in the area trying to repair this issue ASAP. Unfortunately, as of right now, we do not have a time frame for when the repairs should be done.

We are aware of a water outage affecting Wheat Swamp Rd and North Lenoir High School. Our technicians are out in the area trying to repair this issue ASAP. Unfortunately, as of right now, we do not have a time frame for when the repairs should be done.

We have main water line break. We are aware of some discolored water and lower than normal water pressure around the Bucklesberry an Institute areas. Our crew is on site.
