We are proud to introduce the 2026–2027 leadership team for Rotaract & Young Professionals of Lenoir County.

This year marks the first full leadership term as a fully unified Rotaract & Young Professionals of Lenoir County organization, bringing together service, leadership, networking, and community impact under one team for the entire year.

These officers will be officially installed in their roles on June 25, and will begin serving in their new positions on July 1.

Happy Birthday to our incredible President, Geneva Colie! 🎉❤️

Over the past year, Geneva has led our club with dedication, compassion, and a genuine commitment to serving others. During a time of growth and change, she has helped guide the transition of Rotaract and Young Professionals of Lenoir County into a stronger, united organization while always keeping our mission and members at the heart of every decision.

Her leadership has left a lasting impact on our club, and we are grateful for the countless hours she has invested to help us grow, serve, and succeed.

Today, we’re not only celebrating Geneva’s birthday—we’re also celebrating her next chapter with Rotaract. We are thrilled to announce that Geneva will soon be serving as our Rotaract Advisor! In this role, she will continue supporting our club by mentoring future leaders, providing guidance to our officers and members, preserving the values of Rotaract, and helping our organization continue to thrive for years to come.

While her title may be changing, her dedication to this club certainly isn’t—and we couldn’t be more excited to have her continue this journey with us.

Community service is what we do best. 🇺🇸

Last night, our members spent the evening helping hang red, white, and blue lights around the Farmers Market as part of a project with the Downtown Kinston Revitalization.

We are always grateful for opportunities to work alongside other organizations that are making a positive impact in our community. It was a great evening of teamwork, service, and community pride.

A big thank you to everyone who came out and lent a hand. We can’t wait to see the lights shining throughout downtown! ❤️🤍💙

Big things are happening! 🎉

At tonight’s Rotaract & Young Professionals meeting, we spent time planning our upcoming Drive-In Movie Night featuring Jaws at the Lenoir County Fairgrounds, discussing volunteer opportunities, and celebrating the impact we’re making together in our community.

From helping Mary’s Kitchen during World Hunger Day to preparing for our next service project on June 14, we’re always looking for ways to give back.

We also selected our 2025 Young Professional of the Year Scholarship recipients and elected our officers for the 2026–2027 year. 🎓👏

Keep an eye on our page—we’ll be announcing both our scholarship winners and our new officer team later this month!

Whether it’s scholarships, service projects, community events, or supporting local organizations, we’re committed to making a positive impact throughout Lenoir County.
