Join the fun and dedicated team of Green Kirkland Stewards and help engage your community in the restoration of natural area parkland in Kirkland!
Stewards are ongoing volunteers who share their love of green spaces by leading volunteers in forest restoration projects in their local parks with support and training from the Parks Department.
Orientation is free, open to the public, and is a blend of online and in-person sessions covering topics in urban forestry, habitat restoration, and volunteer management.
