Back to school means back to school PICTURES! On Wednesday, September 2nd (this is a full school day) ALL staff and students will be getting their 2026-2027 pictures taken. In order to make this event run smoothly we need your help.

JHS is asking for adult volunteers to help direct staff and students and provide them with their name card. Please look at the available time slots and sign up where you can help. ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE LWSD APPROVED VOLUTEERS. Volunteering in LWSD - Lake Washington School District to check your status and apply to be approved.

When arriving please come to the front office 5 minutes before your shift begins. The office staff will get you checked in and tell you where to go.

Fly like a Flock! Our JHS staff has been busy this week gearing up for school! Please be on the lookout for schedules to be released Sunday, Aug. 30. Students without an Affinity homeroom assignment (which was because they didn’t pick one, or choices were full) will have the opportunity to select a new homeroom.
Picture Day is Wednesday! Dorian Studios has sent out a separate link to order pictures. All students need an updated student ID.
Laptop distribution is Tuesday via Science classes.

Three days until the first day of school! Families can use the School & Bus Finder link on the Transportation page to get their child's bus stop, times of pick-up and drop-off, and the route number. LWSD uses StopFinder, an all-in-one parent engagement app which allows you to receive schedule information and real-time vehicle notifications.
