We have been in the rental business for over 30 years. We strive to provide well kept rental housing at an affordable price. We have 1,2,and 3 bedroom houses and mobile homes. Two full hookup RV sites are available adjacent to Sugar Creek Conservation Area. Rates range from $325-750/mo. Tenant Paid utilities. Some units are pet friendly on a case by case basis. Background checks are done and deposits are required.
