Attention - if you have one of our signs in your yard, please know what we will be working in the coming days to get by your location to pick it up. If your sign has been damaged, or is in poor shape, then you are welcome to dispose of the sign if you like and are able to do so. Please bear with us on timing, as we literally have hundreds of signs placed all over the district, and it will take us some time to collect them all even though we will have volunteers helping with the effort. My son Zachary, my wife Angela Caraway and myself all voted early this time around, but one last reminder, PLEASE, GET OUT AND CAST YOUR VOTE!! It only takes a few minutes and each and every vote counts! Remember, the polls are open until 7:00 pm!! Samantha rolled in today at noon at the polls!

We’re Finally Here - It’s Election Day!

Today, the people of Missouri House District 3 have the opportunity to make their voices heard at the ballot box. If you haven't voted yet, I encourage you to make a plan, invite a friend, family member, or neighbor who may need assistance getting to the polls, and take the time to cast your vote.

Polls are open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. throughout the district.

It has been an incredible honor to travel across the four counties of District 3 throughout this campaign, meeting so many outstanding residents, community leaders, business owners, farmers, educators, first responders, and local officials. These conversations have given me a deeper understanding of the unique challenges, opportunities, and priorities that make our district such a special place to live, work, and raise a family.

I would be deeply honored to earn your vote today. If elected, I promise to work every day on behalf of the families, businesses, farmers, and communities of District 3. I will serve with integrity, common sense, and a steadfast commitment to representing the people who have placed their trust in me.

On the eve of the election and a day that marks our 35th Anniversary our children wanted to share an open letter to the public about their Dad ❤️.

Even on the most stressful days, they were there to remind us to focus on letting the campaign speak for itself. To focus on what really matters. Many days those were words of wisdom to me.

Our kids stood by his side throughout this year quietly and today they wanted to share a letter from their heart about the man behind the candidate. The man they have known their entire lives.

Like you, he’ll be reading this for the first time today.

Over a year ago, respected community leaders and legislators asked me to run for State Representative because they believed I could serve District 3 with integrity, common sense, and the ability to get things done. I was humbled by their confidence in me and I didn't take that responsibility lightly.

Since that time, I've traveled many hundreds of miles across our four counties, meeting with citizens, community leaders, educators, healthcare professionals, farmers, business owners, first responders, and economic development champions. I wanted to understand the challenges we face and the opportunities ahead. Not just listen to what they were experiencing, but learn from them.

Those conversations have shaped this campaign. They strengthened my commitment to represent every corner of District 3 with honesty, respect, and hard work.

I'm not a polished politician. I'm a husband, a father, a grandad, and a neighbor who believes leadership is about service, humility, and results. Getting results and solving problems requires building relationships, the ability to bring people together, and finding common ground from which solutions can be formed.

As you make your decision on August 4, I hope you'll ask one simple question: Who is best prepared to walk into Jefferson City with the relationships, the respect, and the readiness to deliver real results for Northeast Missouri? I've spent the last year preparing not just to win an election, but to be effective from my very first day in office.

This campaign has never been about tearing someone else down. It's been about earning your trust. Together, my team has run a campaign we can all be proud of, one built on respect, optimism, and solutions, with a consistent message.

To my family, friends, volunteers, and every person who welcomed me into their community, shook my hand, or offered a prayer or word of encouragement, thank you! Your faith in me has meant more than you'll ever know.

Getting ready to head out for Milan to do one last forum for the Sullivan County Republicans before next Tuesday's August 4th Primary Election! We will be at the Legion Hall at 6:00 pm. I hope to see many of you at the event this evening, and if not, I encourage each of you to not only get out and vote, either early or on Tuesday, but be sure to take the time to help make sure at least 5 or 10 of your friends and family make it to the polls and cast their votes as well! Each and every vote counts and it is one of our most precious rights as Americans we can exercise! And of course, I humbly ask for your vote next Tuesday when you go to fill that circle in! - Thank you!!
