Coach Manning and the Lady Bronco Basketball program are in Phoenix this weekend competing at the prestigious Section 7 Invitational! We want to wish them the best of luck as they take on some of the top teams in the nation.

The Lady Broncos have two games today, beginning at 11:45 AM (PST). In their opening matchup, Kirtland Central will face Carondelet High School from California. Carondelet enters the tournament ranked No. 14 overall in the state of California, providing another outstanding opportunity for the Lady Broncos to compete against elite competition.

🏈 Kirtland Central High School Football Schedule

Football season is almost here, and the Broncos are gearing up for an exciting 2026 campaign! Head Coach Bob Shuttleworth and his staff are ready to lead Kirtland Central into a new district and another competitive season.

The Broncos will open the year with two consecutive home games, beginning with a familiar rivalry against Shiprock High School in the annual CCSD District matchup. In Week 2, Kirtland welcomes Head Coach Rocky Long and the Bayfield Wolverines to Bill Cawood Stadium.

The Broncos will begin District 1-3A competition starting Week 3!

Coach Shuttleworth and the Broncos are ready to represent Bronco Nation with pride, toughness, and tradition. Make plans to pack Bill Cawood Stadium and support Kirtland Central Football throughout the 2026 season!

🏀 Kirtland Central Boys Basketball Kids Camp Begins Tomorrow! 🏀

Calling all future Broncos! The Kirtland Central Boys Basketball Program is excited to host its annual Kids Basketball Camp from June 15–17. This is a great opportunity for young athletes to develop their skills, have fun, and learn the game from Bronco coaches and players!

Camp Dates: June 15–17

Camp Times
1st–4th Grade: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
5th–7th Grade: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Join us for three days of basketball fundamentals, skill development, and plenty of fun as we continue building the next generation of Bronco basketball players!

Missed registration? Dr. Nelson will be at school tomorrow, May 29th. You may stop by to still register for freshman academy (incoming 9th graders) and summer school (current high school students). First day of classes is Monday, June 1st at 8:30 AM.

R.A.C Achievement!

Congratulations to Regional Activity Coordinator Isaiah Valdez on the incredible accomplishment of being recognized as the Northwest Region AD of the Year! This honor recognizes Mr. Valdez among all Athletic Directors across the state of New Mexico and is a true testament of his leadership, dedication, and commitment to student-athletes and programs at Kirtland Central High School.

Mr. Valdez will proudly accept this recognition this July at the Summer Conference in Albuquerque. Congratulations on this outstanding achievement!

🎓 Kirtland Central High School Graduation!!!! 🎓

Tomorrow is a special day for our Class of 2026! As we celebrate these outstanding young individuals tomorrow morning, here is additional information regarding parking, gate opening times, handicap parking, shuttles, and ceremony start time!

-Main campus gates will open at 7:30 AM
-Football field gates will open at 8:00 AM
-Graduation ceremony will begin at 10:00 AM

🚫 NO outside food or drinks allowed
🚫 NO canopies or obstructing structures permitted inside the facility

-Eastside parking is reserved for graduates only.

All parking lots at KCHS will be open. Designated handicap parking will be located nearest to the entrance gates. A valid handicap placard is required to park in these designated areas.

-Shuttle services will run from parking lots to the venue entrance. Concessions will be open, along with yearbook sales, chair-back sales, and KCHS merchandise.

-At the conclusion of the ceremony, guests will be allowed onto the football field to take pictures and celebrate with their graduates!

We look forward to celebrating the Kirtland Central High School Class of 2026 and can’t wait to see everyone there!

KCHS Student Athlete Signing!!! 🖊️🏀

Kirtland Central High School & Kirtland Athletics is proud to recognize Haylee Nocki as she officially signed her Letter of Intent to continue her basketball career at Southwestern Community College!

Haylee has excelled both in the classroom and in athletics throughout her time at Kirtland Central. A multi-sport student-athlete, she competed in girls basketball, cross country, track & field, girls powerlifting and girls golf while achieving success in every program she represented.

Academically, Haylee earned All-Academic Team honors all four years of high school while maintaining an outstanding 3.8 GPA. On the basketball court, she helped lead the Kirtland Central Girls Basketball program to two State Championships and appeared in four State Championship games during her high school career.

Haylee’s dedication, leadership, and work ethic have made a lasting impact on Bronco Athletics, and we are incredibly proud of all she has accomplished.

Congratulations, Haylee! We wish you the very best in your future endeavors as you begin this next chapter at Southwestern Community College.
