Thank you to the Osceola County residents who participated in this year's Let's Talk TRIM presentation! Residents learned more about navigating the TRIM Notice (Notice of Proposed Property Taxes), had one-on-one conversations with appraisers regarding their property, and applied for additional exemptions.

Properties are reassessed every year as of January 1. If you purchased your property in 2025, it has been reassessed. Any exemptions and property caps from the previous owner have been removed, which might lead to an increase in your property tax bill.

You can find the assessed value of your property and the exemptions applied to your property on Page 1 of your TRIM Notice, which was mailed on August 14th.

You can also visit www.property-appraiser.org to view this information on your Record Card.

From the homepage, click search > enter your property information > Under Property Record Card, select TRIM NOTICES > then select 2026.
