E12 and Brush 13 report a brush fire that involved two separate fire approximately 109 yards apart. Both fires had a large amount of trash and tires. Both fires were quickly knocked down.

****STRUCTURE FIRE****
E12,R12, E11, SQ11, R11, R111, E14, Tower 1, Safety 1, Bat 1 responded to a residential structure fire. E12 and R12 arrived to find a single story home with heavy fire. E12 deployed an attack line for fire attack and R12 forced the front door to conduct a primary search. The fire was quickly knocked down. There were no injuries reported.

****STRUCTURE FIEE****
E12, R12, E11, SQ11, R11, R111, E14, TW1, R14, E13, Safety 1, Bat 1, OSC Bat 6, OSC E62, OSC R62, Chief 1, Chief 3, Chief 4, EMS 1 responded to multiple calls for a residential structure fire. Multiple KPD officers arrived on scene advised of a fully involved home with multiple explosions. E12,R12 arrived to find the garage fully involved with exposures to a truck and trailer in the driveway. Once interior the fire spread to the attic and was between the first and second floors. Due to the dangerous situation with fire below and above crews operating on the second floor, an evacuation order was given and crews went to defensive operations. After an extended time the fire was knocked down and is under investigation by the state fire marshals office. There were no injuries reported.

Day 5 of EST1502 in after hurricane today KFD, and Madeira Beach Fire Rescue washed and dried all apparatus together. Afterwards Peer support teams from Apopka, Coral Springs, and Miami arrived to give the crews some much needed time to decompress, talk, and of course, pet the support dogs.
