Project Update: Fire Station 2 / Mill Run Park Renovations

The new Fire Station 2 is going up on the site. Concrete block walls are up. Crews have poured the footings, run the plumbing and electrical lines under the floor, and finished most of the underground utility work. The station is on track to open in June 2027.

The design process is underway for the Mill Run Park improvements. The plans include two new accessible restrooms built to ADA standards, a new pathway, and other park improvements. Construction will begin once the design is complete.
