Sunshine, smiles, and beach vibes were in full swing at The Opportunity Center for June's Spirit Day! Our participants came dressed and ready for a day at the beach, showing off their favorite summer outfits, sunglasses, hats, and tropical style. We love seeing everyone embrace the spirit of the day and create memories together.

Our Adult Day Training participants had a great time at the movies this week! Some enjoyed watching Sing, while others headed off to see Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. What a fun way to kick off the summer! Outings like these provide opportunities for socialization, community inclusion, and making lasting memories with friends.

Today we celebrated all of our ADT participants with May birthdays with cake for everyone! We wish each of them a wonderful year ahead and are so thankful to have them as part of our Opportunity Center family.

Our ADT participants had an amazing time celebrating Memorial Day together!

The day was filled with fun, laughter, and great memories as we grilled hamburgers, played games, cooled off on the splash pad, and had plenty of water-gun fun in the Florida sunshine!

We love creating opportunities for our individuals to enjoy meaningful experiences, build friendships, and have fun together. It was a wonderful day full of smiles and summer fun! 🇺🇸

Our senior ADT participants had a wonderful time enjoying Mega Bingo!

It was an amazing afternoon, including lots of laughs, exciting games, and great prizes. Everyone had a wonderful afternoon filled with fun, friendship, and community connection. Opportunities like these help create meaningful experiences and joyful moments for our individuals.

Dreams really do come true!

One of our ADT participants, who has always loved firefighters, recently had the incredible opportunity to visit a local fire station, and it was a day he will never forget! The firefighters graciously welcomed him, showed him around the station, let him try on the gear, explore the truck, and even spray the fire hose himself.

Seeing the excitement, joy, and confidence on his face throughout the visit was truly priceless. Experiences like these create meaningful moments and remind us how powerful community connections can be.

A huge thank you to Station 72 firefighters for taking the time to make this special dream come true and for creating memories that will last a lifetime!
