UPDATE on upcoming 'Coffee with Candidates"

Andrew Harbaugh, candidate for PA State Representative in the 63rd District, is excited to join PA-15 Congressional Candidate Ray Bilger for a casual “Coffee with the Candidates” session in Kittanning on Thursday, May 14.

Andrew knows and understands the issues that are impacting rural Pennsylvanians every day, including access to healthcare, education, and affordability. He began his campaign when he realized the current representation wasn’t doing enough to help the community and could no longer sit on the sidelines.

Whether you have a specific question about policy, want to discuss the issues facing Armstrong County, or just want to meet the candidates fighting to represent you, we invite you to pull up a chair and join us at the table. Coffee is on us!

When: Thursday, May 14

Time: 3:30PM - 5PM

Where: Ispirare Coffee l 140 Market St, Kittanning, PA

Judge Panchik honorably served the people of Armstrong County with honesty and integrity for 18 years as Judge, retiring in January. His impact on our courts and our county will be long remembered. Our kindest thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.

Celebrate the life of James J. Panchik and join others in sharing memories, stories, and condolences.

Hello! The Armstrong County Dem Committee seats are on the ballot this spring! Please check the map (or use the link provided) to verify your precinct, and, if you are interested in serving on the committee, comment with your precint so I can let you know if there is a vacancy*. Each precinct can have one male and one female member. Next steps will be to obtain petition signatures from 10 registered democrats from your precinct and submit to the courthouse for your name to be on the ballot for election to the seat in question. We can help you get your petition and give you voting lists to help you find signatories. Petition circulation is from February 17 to March 10; our next committee meeting will be on Tuesday, February 10th at 6:30pm in the commissioners office in the courthouse annex in Kittanning, and our annual breakfast/petition signing will be on February 22nd at 10am at the Eagles in Kittanning: https://tinyurl.com/53jvbd3j for tickets

*technically all seats are up for election, but I am most anxious to fill the ones which are currently vacant!
