A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us out on the water this past Sunday, for our first deep sea fishing trip!

After those intense storms on Saturday, we were incredibly lucky to get such great weather. We couldn't have asked for a better day out there—we had beautiful blue skies and caught all sorts of fish. As we always say, “It’s more fun fishing as a group where the fish stories get as long as the fish!” 🐟

The NSA Maine MWR Deadlift Challenge is officially on! Head over to the Fletcher Fitness Center to sign up and compete to get your name on the records board.

The Rules:
You have 3 attempts to hit your max (you cannot go down in weight selection).
Weight must be pulled from the floor to an upright position with knees locked and shoulders back.
Control the weight back to the ground—no dropping!
Your Score: Highest poundage lifted minus your body weight.
