Did you know? Each year, our 5th graders are trained to save a life using CPR and AEDs when they come across a non-responsive person. Our goal is to equip our students with lifelong skills beyond academics, so they can be great citizens for our community. This Theiss 5th grader won 1st place in the Klein ISD Coding challenge called Coding Adventure (text coding) after competing against 50 other students in the district. She completed 26 challenges in 20 minutes, with 23 of those earning perfect scores! Outstanding job Molly!

Our tigers have been learning about effective learner dispositions this year, and have shown persistence, challenge seeking, curiosity, collaboration, and focused on goal setting to own their own learning. We are proud to award students who exhibit all these dispositions with a special yard sign! Congrats to our effective learners! 💙❤️🧡

We had a special guest administrator with us this week. This tiger was a natural! He helped greet students during arrival, seat and monitor classes during 2 assemblies, supported our Wax Museum showcase, handed out snow cone rewards to students and closed the day with announcements.Outstandjng job "Principal" Smith!
