It’s that time of year again! If you didn’t already know… Kneeland is recognized as a Firewise Community. Why does this matter? This certification, and the Firewise activities we engage in help to better safeguard our community from catastrophic wildfire. In addition, some residents may enjoy discounts on their homeowners insurance. For us to keep this certification, we need your help in filling out a survey that shows how we as a community remove vegetation fuels and utilize over 500 volunteer hours towards these efforts.
