Hey ! Did you miss the October 5th Town Council Work Session? If so, see the meeting recap.

➡️ The Town Council interviewed candidates for our newly formed Public Art Advisory Board. The Board will review and recommend public art throughout the Town as a vehicle to enhance community connectedness, historic preservation, economic vitality, and resident quality of life.

➡️ Police Chief Lawrence Capps led a discussion about the role of mental support services in local law enforcement administration. This advisory discussion is a FY27 Strategic Priority item for the Town Council.

The program is designed to proactively increase The Town’s connections to our residents. It will provide residents a convenient neighborly resource who can answer their questions and carry their voices back to the Town. The program will launch in 2027.
