Full-Day Conference
Attend all conference sessions throughout the day.
Lunch is included with full-day registration.
Early Bird: $20.00 (payment received by September 1, 2026)
Regular Registration: $25.00 (after September 1, 2026)

Half-Day Conference
Attend one educational track consisting of 2 consecutive sessions.
Early Bird: $10.00 (payment received by September 1, 2026)
Regular Registration: $15.00 (after September 1, 2026)

Applications are now being accepted for the 2026 Northern Indiana Farm to School Grant Program.
Funded by the Indiana Department of Health, Division of Nutrition and Physical Activity, this grant supports regional capacity-building and resource sharing aligned with Indiana's Farm to School goals. Funding is available for projects that strengthen local food procurement, agriculture and nutrition education, and school-based agricultural experiences while fostering connections between students, schools, and local food systems.
Applicants selected for funding may receive up to $1,500 in approved items, supplies, or materials to support their project.

If you are planning a trip to the Indiana State Fair or will be going to support your 4-Her. We still have tickets available through the Fairs Care program. We are working to collect 400 non-perishable items and monetary donations in the Starke County Extension Office. The items collected will be donated to the Community Services of Starke County. The first 150 donors that bring at least four items or donate $10, will receive a free State Fair ticket valued at $18.00. THANK YOU!
As our 2026 Starke County 4-H Fair comes to a close, we want to say Thank You!

There are so many moving parts that help to make the Starke County 4-H Program a success throughout the whole year. Starke County 4-H Council, 4-H Club Leaders, 4-H Project Leaders, 4-H Livestock Committee members, 4-H Projects Superintendents all work year round to provide educational, fun opportunities for our 4-H members and families. They plan workshops, events, trips, and so much more for our members. All of these people are volunteers and the Program would not be successful without them.

Starke County Fair Board works year-round to plan events for the 4-H Fair, secure sponsors for livestock shows/events, provide a variety of free events for families, and so much more. The Starke County Fair Board members are all volunteers who give of their time tirelessly. They work pre-fair to set up the fairgrounds; behind the scenes all of fair week taking care of the fairgrounds, prepping and tearing down for livestock shows, hosting the livestock auction, and tear-down at the end of fair. They also give so much to the program to help make the Fair a great experience for the 4-H members, 4-H Families, and all the visitors, working year-round.

All these volunteers give so much to our program and we are Forever Grateful!

4-H Members: Saying a thank you or sending a note to these volunteers is a great way to honor them and show them how they have helped you during the 4-H Program Year.
We celebrate all your hard work and dedication with your 4-H Exhibit Building Projects, 4-H Livestock, volunteering pre-fair and during fair to help judging events. Thank you to all those members, volunteers, and 4-H Families who jumped in to assist with various events and making our 4-H Fair a strong one!

Sponsors of awards, events, 4-H trips, and scholarships help make the program move forward and honor our 4-H members each year. We will continue to highlight sponsors throughout the summer.

But we are not done yet for this year…..Now on to the Indiana State Fair in August and continuing to celebrate our 4-H Members.

After much thought and discussions, and advisement of the Starke County EMA Director, we are going to cancel the 5:00-6:30 pm CT project check-in scheduled for Wednesday, June 17, 2026. Our 4-H members, families, and volunteers safety is our biggest concern before, during, and after any weather system affects us.

We will be at the fairgrounds , Wednesday, June 17, 2026 during the day and families can check-in from 11:00 am CT to 1:30 pm CT. If anything else changes or timing of check-ins change, we will reach back out to all the families and volunteers.

If a 4-H member or family has schedule issues with getting their 4-H projects to the fairgrounds on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 from 11:00 am CT-1:30 pm CT or Thursday, June 18, from 8:30-11:30 am CT, we encourage them to reach out to their 4-H Club Leaders or other members to get their projects to the Fairgrounds.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The safety of the 4-H members, families, volunteers, and community members is the biggest importance.
