Last Friday, Baptist Ambulance was proud to welcome a new ambulance to Chickasaw County, built by our partners at OnDemand Specialty Vehicles

As fellow members of the Priority OnDemand family of companies, this collaboration reflects our shared commitment to supporting communities with reliable equipment and exceptional patient care.

A special thank you to the county supervisors, EMS leadership, fire service leadership, hospital leadership, and everyone who joined us for the commissioning ceremony. Your partnership and commitment to public safety help make our communities stronger.

Most importantly, thank you to our dedicated frontline crews. Your professionalism, compassion, and hard work every day are what truly make Baptist Ambulance exceptional. This new unit is an investment in both the patients you serve and the communities that depend on you.

❤️ June is CPR & AED Awareness Month ❤️

Knowing how to perform CPR and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) can help save a life during a cardiac emergency.

When cardiac arrest occurs, every second counts. Immediate CPR and early defibrillation can significantly improve a person's chance of survival.

Consider taking a CPR class, refreshing your skills, or learning where AEDs are located in your workplace, school, and community.

You never know when you may be someone's best chance at survival.

Priority OnDemand is pleased to announce that Steven Vincent, Vice President of Virtual Health for Priority OnDemand and Head of Operations for OnDemand Visit , has been elected to the Board of Directors for the National Association of Mobile Integrated Healthcare Providers (NAMIHP), the national organization focused on advancing Mobile Integrated Health and Community Paramedicine.

The NAMIHP announced the election of ten accomplished leaders to its Board of Directors on May 11, 2026, noting that the strengthened board will help build national partnerships, advance sustainable reimbursement pathways, support data-driven care transformation, and help shape the future direction of Mobile Health and Community Paramedicine across the United States.

In his role as Vice President of Virtual Health, Vincent helps lead Priority’s virtual health initiatives and OnDemand Visit programs, which bring together EMS resources, in-home care, telehealth, care navigation, and community-based support to help patients receive the right care at the right time.

EMS Week 2026 Challenge Winners Announced! 🏆

Leading up to EMS Week, from March 1 through May 23, teams across the Priority Ambulance family of companies participated in our Social Media Engagement Challenge, sharing the stories, people, and moments that make EMS so special.

From crew spotlights and award presentations to community outreach events, wellness activities, interagency partnerships, and team celebrations, the challenge highlighted the dedication and impact of our teams across the organization.

🚑🎉 Today at Priority OnDemand, we had the opportunity to celebrate EMS Week together with a great BBQ lunch and even better company!

We also took time to celebrate our May birthdays — happy birthday to Graciela, Katie, and Angela! 🎂

A very special thank you goes out to Executive Assistant Rhonda Sallas for all that she does behind the scenes to support our team. From organizing celebrations to making sure everyone is fed and well taken care of, Rhonda is truly a superhero!
