The coaches for the Knoxville Stingray Swim Team are starting a swim club! On this page and via email, all of our updates regarding the club will be posted!

🚨OUR FIRST GROUP WORKOUT DATE IS SET🚨
We will be meeting at 11:30 AM on May 20th at the City of Knoxville Iowa Parks and Recreation Pool!

In addition all workouts available to the club will be posted starting Monday May 1st. Below is the club information!

Workouts for all abilities will be written by us and posted in the pool area. Then at least once a month, a group workout will be organized to improve swimming technique.
