Our team had a great time at Upper Cumberland Pride in Cookeville this past weekend! Choice Health Network was proud to be one of the event sponsors, providing information about our services, handing out merchandise and offering free testing to attendees. 🏳️‍🌈

We also want to highlight our Upper Cumberland office, located at 225 N. Willow Ave., Suite 9, in Cookeville. This Tennessee location offers Telehealth primary care and infectious disease, mental health counseling, case management and support services for people living with HIV.
