Dr. Rapinder (Rupy) Singh Sawhney spent 33 years at UT transforming students' lives through his belief in people-centric workplaces. His endowment carries that mission forward by funding advanced workforce development through student research and capstone projects, internships, and career experiences in manufacturing and beyond. Established in 2024, the fund is growing, but its long-term strength depends on a broad base of supporters.
