One of the best parts of this work is learning from people who are asking many of the same questions we are.
This week, members of our team traveled to Greenville, South Carolina, to spend time with the team at United Ministries .
Two years ago, they visited The Restoration House. Since then, we've had the opportunity to hear them share at EMPath's Conference and have continued to admire their commitment to helping individuals and families move toward long-term stability and economic mobility.
During our visit, they shared about their programs, their passion for the people they walk alongside, and the ways they continue to grow and refine their work. We especially appreciated learning how they bring data to the forefront, not just as a measurement tool, but as a way to help staff and participants stay connected to progress and possibility.
We're grateful for their generosity, wisdom, and willingness to share openly with fellow nonprofits.
When organizations learn from one another, everyone gets better, especially the communities we serve.
