The Knoxville Fire Department is hosting its Pork Chop Meal Fundraiser today, May 31, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Knoxville Fire Station.

Fundraisers like today’s meal help provide equipment, training, and resources that allow firefighters to continue protecting our families, homes, farms, and businesses. Every meal purchased helps support those who dedicate countless hours to serving others.

Please stop by the Knoxville Fire Station today, enjoy a great meal, and help support the men and women who proudly serve our community.

Very proud to announce our partnership with our brothers to the South. This mutual aid agreement will help provide our communities faster response and ample resources in times of need. Thank you to everyone who made this possible.

Maquon Fire Protection District, let’s work. 🤝

Two departments coming together to make their communities safer. The Maquon Fire Protection District and the Knoxville Community Fire Protection District are joining forces to respond together on all fire calls, major vehicle accidents involving rescue and/or extrication, and mass casualty incidents.

This partnership is being implemented to help address low daytime manpower and to ensure both communities continue receiving the quickest and safest emergency response possible. By working together, both departments can provide additional personnel, equipment, and support when it matters most.

After my guest bartending gig in Knoxville I took a look at what the First Responders were raising money for and found that I could help by purchasing the Airway Mannequin so I did. Megan said they had a big check for such an occasion so we did. Colorful!
