In this role, you will work directly under the supervision of the Shelter Coordinator to provide advocacy and case management services to individuals and families participating in our Supportive Housing Program, including children. This position plays a vital role in helping clients secure and maintain stable housing while building positive relationships with landlords and community partners.

Open Position – full-time clerk at the Planning Commission Office. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of the Planning Commission.

This role involves routine administrative tasks, such as answering/dispersing phone calls and emails, the review of plans and issuance of residential & commercial building permits, as well as working closely with the public on a regular basis to provide customer service on planning issues.

Applicants should possess good clerical and public relations skills, be able to undertake Planning and Zoning research, and be able to work with minimum supervision.
