Starting the conversation can be the hardest part. The truth is, teens and young adults are under an enormous amount of pressure when it comes to their mental health.

We have the power to support them. All we have to do is ask - How are you doing? And be ready to listen and validate what they have to share.

Listen to what these young adults have to say about navigating mental health challenges, and how adults can come alongside them for support.
