Perspective K9 met with our second year Veterinary Science students this afternoon to discuss behavioral training for canines. Joslyn Petty is a KACC Vet Science graduate and kennel tech with Perspective K9 where she completed an internship during her senior year and then became an employee.

First year Culinary students began working on knife skills this week. They are learning about safety, proper holding techniques and the different cut styles (cubed, diced, minced, etc.). Tomorrow their work will pay off when they make mashed potatoes!

Aden Bookmiller, former Ag student, has volunteered his time and equipment to mow and bale the Timothy hay. The hay was grown by our Ag students and will feed our Veterinary animals.
