Today is Jay “Super Jay” Crawfords last day as an Idaho EMT and Paramedic. He is letting his certification retire. Jay will still be available for fires both in Kamiah with KFR and the Forest Service. His career is long and distinguished as an EMT and Paramedic for both the Fire Service and as a Life Flight Paramedic for 26 years serving the public in the EMS field. Jay has been a great instructor for our EMT students and trainees and has helped many fortunate members move on to faithful careers serving the public. His real life experience and stories have all helped train others for future rescues. We all retire but our experience and memories both good and bad with our patients takes its toll and last forever. Thank you Jay from the Fire Commissioner’s , Mayor your Kamiah community and all KFR members including myself for a job well done and served.
