Austin Arnold (pictured below) fled Bulls Tavern in a white Dodge Cummins failing to pay his $92.15 tab. From what we have gathered this is not the first time he has done this. I encourage everyone to share this, and that all establishments keep an
eye out, because you could be the next victim.

ARNOLD will be receiving charges for Theft from this incident.

PRESS RELEASE:
Stalking, Terroristic Threats and Harassment Arrest made.

On 3/13/2025 Dylan BISH (19) was arrested in connection with a series of Threats being made to his female Neigbor on the 3300 block of 3rd Ave.

The victim had reported a handwritten note left on the door of her apartment with her name and a phone number in attempted to get her to contact him some time in November of 2024. The victim had brought the note to the police department and on the department phone we attempted to text the number to where the subject had responded. At that time, we were unable to identify the subject texting using that. Phone number.

Some time in February of 2025, another handwritten note was placed on her door with bet name on it as well. This time the note contained concerning desires, some even stating that he wanted to “dismember” her body with a chainsaw, and also stated sexual desires with her Co**se.  When the victim reported this incident to the police, The PD had sent a note to the State Police crime lab for forensic analysis. And an investigation was started.

On 3/10/2025, a text was sent to the department cell phone by the same number who we attempted to make contact with prior. The beginning of the note had the victim’s name which stated that he had killed 20 women and she is his next victim.  The text continue to give Gory details of how he wished to smash her skull and multiple other homicidal ideations. Police had them notified the victim. And contacted the Beaver County Detectives in reference to this concerning text.

Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that prime suspect Was Dylan BISH. BISH was later brought to the PD where he was interviewed in reference to these allegations. During the interview, BISH was Mirandized and did confess to sending the handwritten notes, and the text message to the victim. BISH also continued to go in detail of his obsession with the victim and began to state that he is not going to stop his obsession until she is “dead”. BISH also described in detail on how he wished to dismember her this summer in the woods. BISH stated that he is attending Salem University in West Virginia for criminal justice in Forensic science for the sole reason to know how the Police and FBI operate so that he will never get “caught”. BISH also shared his desire for cannibalism.

BISH was taken into custody and transported to Beaver County jail where he is being held there on a $1 million bond. The Magistrate also added a condition that BISH have extensive mental health evaluation prior to is release.

BISH is being charged with following:

2706(a)(1) Terroristic Threats - M1
2709.1 Stalking - M1
2709(a)(4) Harassment - M3
2709(a)(5) Harassment Comm. Anonymously - M3

The Koppel PD would like to extend our gratitude to The Beaver Co. Detectives Bureau for their assistance in the case. The County Detectives, District Magistrate, as well as the Koppel PD believe that a Homicide as well as the spawning of a potential Serial Killer may have been prevented in this arrest given the numerous Homicidal details during BISH’s interview.

BURGLARY ARREST FOLLOWING PRIOR INCIDENT OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT/INVASION OF PRIVACY.

On 12/8/2024 Officers were dispatched to an address on 4th Ave in reference to a Burglary in progress. The reporting party/homeowner (RP) advised that a male had entered through her window while she was in her bedroom. The RP advised that the male was a Ronald-James RUNKLES who is the RP’s Uncle’s stepson. Officers checked the area upon arrival and made contact with the RP inside the residence. RP stated that RUNKLES and she have had a previous incident involving him sending harassing messages containing explicit photos of himself and stating his sexual desires towards her on multiple occasions. RUNKLES had also sent the RP a photo he had taken of her while she was sleeping during the time she was living together at her grandmother’s residence. RUNKLES was also accused of sending a photo of RP’s underwear to her stating that he steals them when she brings her clothes to her grandmother’s house to get washed. This prior incident was reported on 11/21/2024 and RUNKLES was interviewed by the PD and admitted to all the allegations. RUNKLES then was advised to have no contact with the RP and is not permitted on the RP’s property. RP at the time did not want to proceed with charges against RUNKLES and requested him to be notified by the PD to stop harassing her.

RP stated to the Officers that RUNKLES had entered her residence in attempts to steal underwear due to him walking to her closet area, peaking in her bedroom then leaving through the same window he entered.

RUNKLES was located at his residence on Peach Aly. In Big Beaver shortly after the reported Burglary, taken into custody and transported to the PD. RUNKLES is facing the following charges:

PACC 3502(a)(1)(ii) – Burglary – F1
PACC 3503(a)(1)(ii) – Criminal Trespassing – F2
PACC 5503(a)(4) – Disorderly Conduct – M3
PACC 2709(a)(3) – Harassment – S

RUNKLES was lodged in the Beaver County Jail.

*Offenders charged shall be considered innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
