📚 Assistant Librarian/Holmes County Library Support (Full-Time)
📍 Durant Public Library, Durant, MS
Duties: Make a difference in your community by helping deliver exceptional library services at the Durant Public Library. This role includes assisting with daily library operations, helping patrons, supporting programs and services, and providing valuable support to other Holmes County library locations when needed.

📚 Librarian (Part-Time)
📍West Public Library, West, MS
Duties: Play a key role in serving the West community by managing the day-to-day operations of the West Public Library. From planning and promoting library services to assisting patrons and supporting lifelong learning, this position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact through outstanding public service.

🎉 Family Bingo Night was a BLAST! 🎉

Last Thursday, our library was filled with BINGOs, prizes, laughter, and lots of silliness during our Family Bingo Night!

Winning a round was only half the fun—before claiming their prize, our winners had to complete a surprise challenge! 😂 From acting like an animal while the room tried to guess what they were, to making a royal entrance to the prize table while everyone bowed, our winners were great sports and kept us laughing all evening!

Thank you to all the families who came out, joined in the fun, and helped make the night such a great time. ❤️ We loved spending the evening with you and can’t wait to do it again!

Last Friday, we had the honor of celebrating Ann Breedlove and her incredible 29 years of service as the Attala County Genealogy Librarian! ❤️

For nearly three decades, Ann has helped countless people uncover their family histories, reconnect with their roots, and discover the stories that make Attala County so special.

We are incredibly grateful for the knowledge, kindness, humor, and dedication Ann has shared with our library and community over the years. Her impact will be felt for generations to come.

Happy retirement, Ann! Thank you for 29 wonderful years of memories, laughter, and service. You will be greatly missed! ❤️
